Teifi companies apply for goods vehicle licenses

THREE Teifi companies are looking to gain or renew goods vehicle operators licenses.

The Traffic Commissioner placed three notices in the public notice section of the Tivyside Advertiser on September 20 highlighting the applications.

Piliau Park

Mark and Eira Jukes have applied to change an existing license. They are trading under Parc Piliau T/A Mark Jukes containers and based at unit 7 and 8, Parc Piliau Pentood Industrial Estate in Cardigan (SA43 3AL).

They would like to keep an extra two goods vehicles and one trailer at the operating site at unit 7 and 8.

GH & CGO Davies

John Huw Davies and Carys Gwawr Owen Davies have applied for a license to use a premises as an operating centre.

They are trading under GH & CGO Davies of Trefaesfawr, Beulah, Newcastle Emlyn (SA38 9QT) and would like to use the aforementioned address as an operating center for two goods vehicles and no trailers.

R & A Owen Ltd

The company R & A Owen Ltd has applied for a license to use a premises as an operating centre.

Based at Golygfar Cwm, Glandwr, Whitland (SA34 0YD), the company is applying for a license to use Derw Glass, Pantyderi, Blaenffos, Boncath (SA37 0JB) as an operating center for two goods vehicles and no trailers.

Anyone who owns or occupies land near to these locations who believes the licenses would lead to their use or enjoyment of the land being affected should make representations in writing by October 11 to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF.

These representations must state the reasoning for the representation and a copy must also be sent to the applicant using the relevant addresses under the notices.
